The firm has acted for a number of players in the M&A sector, providing a full range of legal services in respect thereof including, legal due diligence, assistance in negotiations and deal structuring, drafting of legal documentation, advice on regulatory approvals, closing the transaction. The firm was responsible for drafting amendments to the Listing Rules in view of privatizations and sale of substantial shareholdings in listed companies.
